Lots of fun, unique classes are coming up this month here at Enchanted. We've been exploring new techinques and amazing new things to try so keep space on your calendar and join us!
Dancing Crayons Poncho: This amazing pattern is freeing and so fun! You get the chance to design as you go by adding and changing yarns at will! RoLynn will be happy to help you match yarns. Bring novelty yarn, we will match your yarns with yarns here, and/or pool yarns and share! $20 fee includes pattern. July 13th at 2:00 or July 26th at 6:00
Citron KAL: Bring a copy of the free pattern, as well as the yarn you want to use, and join us! Free! July 15th at 1:30
Tapestry Loom Weaving : Class fee includes the loom, as well as warp yarn to get started. You will be responsible for weft yarn or choose from some of our new awesome hand-dyed yarns. Cable without a cable needle : Cabling is a breeze and up to twice as fast with this method. Ditch the cable needle and fly through your cable knitting! July 21st at 4:00 $15
Felted Clogs: These felted clogs are a favorite with knitters and gift recipients alike! Everyone wants a pair! Fee includes cost of pattern, 2 session class, taught by "the" Diane Pummill. July 6th at 1:30 and July17th at 10:30 $20
Felted Hat or Mittens: Make either a felted "bucket" type hat with a rolled brim, or felted mittens. July 20th at 1:30 and July 31st at 10:30 2 sessions. Fee includes pattern, $20
Beginning Cables: Learn the in's and out's of the cable technique with this functional and beautiful mug cosy! Bring a copy of the free pattern and the appropriate yarn/needles. July 16th at 3:00 $15
Beginning Lace: Always wanted to learn to knit lace? This is the perfect chance, with this gorgeous yet simple shawl. 2 session class begins on August 10th 2:00 and we'll finish up on August 21st at 10:30 $20
Scalloped Edge Necklace: Knitting with beads! July 5th at 6-7:30 or 23rd at 2:00. Have copy of book that you own/have from the library or that you are willing to share, 10% off if you buy the book for the class. Fee includes yarn and beads needed. $20 Limit 6 per class
Duck Feet slippers KAL: You have to look at these! Someone special in your life has to have them for Christmas! ;) July 27th at 2:00 Bring the free pattern and yarn and join us!
Kid's Felting Class: Ages 7+ are invited to join un in fiber fun! We will be getting wet and wooly to make felted soap and a felted cat toy. Come equipped with clothes you can get wet in, and we provide the rest! July 8th or 14th from 2:00-4:00 pm $20
Toe up socks: Learn socks from the toes up on 2 circulars or double-pointed needles. One session class with Diane Pummill. July 15th or August 10th at 3:30 Bring sock yarn (approx 450 yds) and needles. $20
Knitting with beads- Coming soon! Knit a lace weight shawl and learn to incorporate beads into your work. This class will be taught by Peggy, our lace knitting queen :)
